Cancellation Policy

Deposit:
All CABIN reservations will be guaranteed by a ONE NIGHT non-refundable charge to a Visa or MasterCard. There is no deposit required for RV or TENT site reservations.

Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date, or a no-show without notice, will be charged for the entire reservation and be entitled to no refund.

Cancellations (ON CABINS) made more than 3 days before the arrival date will forfeit only the non-refundable one night deposit charge. No charge for RV or TENT site cancellations made 3 days or more prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE BY PHONE ONLY
